Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, bowls and water bottles must be unwashed and unused.
- The item was purchased directly from hapetcare.com.
How to Start a Return

Ship It Back: Once authorized, package your item securely. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).
